Worst customer service agents ever. Condescending, offensive and argumentative. Whatever you do, DON'T agree to pay for a service call. Direct TV Service will try to charge you $50 (or $60 spread over 12 months for a service "plan"), but if you try to cancel service suddenly the service call is free.
