General Comments

The taxi was waiting at the airport for us when we were dropped off. The driver loaded all of the cases into the taxi. He was very polite and cortious. The taxi showed up early to take us back to the airport. It was the same driver and again loaded our cases into the taxi and again was very polite and cortious. The taxi was in excellent condition inside and out.
I dropped my i-phone and another member of our party dropped her watch in the taxi. When I realised my phone was missing I contacted the taxi company and the company aknowledged the driver had found the phone. I paid for the phone delivery via paypal and recieved the phone within two days of it being posted. And the watch was also in the same parcel.
Overall the taxi company and driver were in my eyes exceptional and I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone travelling to Rome. Thank you most sincerely Zelit Limousine.
