Location.........so nice to be able to walk the prom in both directions.
Easy access to 2 beaches.
Meet lots of people each time we go.
Good cafe on site

IT IS BEING SOLD SO WE WONT BE ABLE TO GO ANY MORE
General Comments
We own timeshare a tTenerife Royal Gardens and come for 5 weeks every year..........BUT NOT FOR MUCH LONGER AS THE RESORT IS BEING SOLD AND WE SHALL LOOSE OUR TIMESHARE....AS WILL ALL THE OTHER OWNERS

I believe the resort is staying functional until at least xmas..after that ,who knows?There are currently 30 apartments for sale and if all these are sold the new owners will want to refurbish them, which means the place will look and sound like a building sight.If there is no money coming in to pay for the upkeep of the resort it will soon look shabby.We are told that S.E.F.S will not be asking for our next years maintenance.Where does that leave us..we have not as yet been offered any alternative.Might as well get used to it....TIMESHARE OWNERS HAVE NO RIGHTS.
