Good Points

absolutely NONE....well two free flat and warm soda's (does that even count??)


Bad Points

I had a reservation with my work that had another person on there, well that person decided to check in online (which made no sence because she had to check a bag anyways.) However, the website would not let her just check in so that screwed everything up from the get go. When I got to the airport I tried to just pay for my bag and it wouldn't let me so I ended up paying for her bag, well the person behind the counter that was supposed to "help" us ran off, it took about 10 minutes for someone to notice that we we're standing there. She "voided" my payment for the other bag (checked with the bank and it was never voided) and insisted that i give her my card again so she could charge me again. So we get off to our layover destination and the connection that they put us on was too tight and we didn't make it. We had to sit in the airport for 5 hours (no compensation given-we weren't at the 6 hour minimum wait.) We arrive to our final destination get our bags, everything's fine. On our way back our flights kept getting canceled and rearranged and switched (thunderstorms-which I'm thankful for, no one should have to fly in that) well the ticket counter kept radioing the baggage area to reroute our bags (silly me- i should have asked for the sticker that they give you when you check and re-check a bag.) We get to our lay over destination and everything's fine, we make our connection and the flight lands and HOUR early. So we're waiting for out bag to come out on the carousel and bag after bag goes by everyone from our flight got there bag OK. We decide to go to the baggage claim office to see what the deal is. Sure enough, they're LOST. So a day later I'm still dealing with this three ring circus customer service. NO one knows where my bag is at, no one can give me any phone numbers because they are all "internal" and all they can tell me is that "90% of lost bags are found within the first 24 hours"....well there time is RUNNING OUT.


General Comments

-if traveling on business DON'T PICK US AIRWAYS (unless you pay $2,000 for first class and even then I'm sure its not worth it)
-inconsistent arrival/departing times (makes it impossible for someone to pick you up at the airport because they don't maintain the website when something changes)
-incompetent/ non-english speaking / none helpful customer service
-they lose bags
-if you make a reservation with someone else on it, DON'T (make separate reservations)
-bring your own blanket and pillow ($10)
-bring your own food (snacks $5, meals $7 (mini meals-not worth it) by the time they get to your seat even if your in the middle of the plane they are out)
