I have been unable to buy the product I want and am unwilling to deal with PC World again.
General Comments
PC World Website ordering system doesn't work. I repeatedly put my information into the system only for it to turn me out onto the front page.
I spoke to customer services who was thoughtful but eventually admitted she had the same problem - admitted defeat and put me through to the store... who didn't answer the phone. Sigh.
