" local pubs nearby serving food. (the one in the village is much cheaper). Can launch non powered boats directly from the site. Friendly warden and shops in village.
Mostly caravans with only standard facilities on site (i.e. 2 shower/toilet/washing blocks, small childrens play area. No amenity area/games room or cooking shelter).
Need to be a C&C member for 24 hrs to use the site with a van (Tents are OK) Non members pay extra site fee per night.
Midges (what would you expect in the West of Scotland)
Luss Camping And Caravanning Club Site is on the banks of Loch Lomond, in the National Park, a fantastic location. Easy to get to with facilities for vans and tents. Ideal for place to stay and explore the local area, but not much to do on the site itself, but more in the nearby village.
