General Comments

We purchased a new 50" plasma from Dixons, when it arrived the screen was cracked straight across the centre. the delivery men were clueless, they called their office and said, "no more in stock, you will have to order again" bearing in mind we had already paid £721. i emailed dixons 3 times, no reply. called them and after speaking to a brainless individual who could offer no acceptable solution to the problem, i requested a refund. he advised it took 10 days to refund, i asked why, he said it was their systems.
