I would not recommend AOL to even my worst enemy. They are the most incompent company I have ever come across. I concur with eveything bad about them that has been written. Recently, they encouraged me to change to another package and also take their line rental which was infact provided by a company based in Europe. That was the worst mistake I ever made. I had to dial several times to get a local number. i could not get international numbers. Theeir call center staff are even more useless than the ones in London. They blamed BT for my problems when Bt was no longer my line provider. I think it is a script that they are told to read to people who need help. I cancelled the 18 months contact after 2 weeks and am going back to BT. They say they will collect the rest of the money - over my dead body as I have already concelled the card. I said to them - see you in court!!
