Emirates is D most dispicable airline i have ever taken. I would advise anyone interested in using the services of Emirates to kindly consider using another airline instead. My husband and i had the awful experience during our journey from dubai to mumbai last week. The new promotion period that Emirates was offering is known as "journey to India" but what we experienced on their flight was a "journey to hell". The journey started with the cabin crew totally unprepared and running up and down the alley rushing through the lunch preparation. One side of the cabin were served their lunch 30 mins earlier then the other side and half way while serving the food, everyone were informed that we will be landing shortly and hence, coffee will not be served. I can't start by telling how idotic that sounded. Someone must have forgotten to tell the staffs of Emirates that the journey from dubai to mumbai is about 2.30 hours because they only started serving the food 45 mins later. Finally when the food arrived, my husband was missing his water. He had to press the assistance indicator 3 times until he finally stopped a crew that had passed him a few times earlier simply ignoring the indicator. However, before he could speak to her, she simply walked away and we were both shocked. She eventually returned and my husband could not help asking her the purpose of the indicator. At the cost of rushing through the food process, the crew showed total disregard for their passengers wellbeing. I have never seen a more unprepared, unorganized and chaotic flight as this. Even before passenger had completed their meal, they came back for the food tray. How disgusting is this. When we were returning from Dubai to Singapore 2 days back, Emirates staffs continued to behaved dispicably. During the 7 hours journey, they were only interested in rushing through the food serving process, gave us the food and came back for the tray within 5 mins. Knowing for a fact that passengers were obviously still eating, they still approached them and asked if they had finished. Oh my god! this is absolutely unaccepatable. Just a few minutes after clearing the tray, i went over to toilet only to noticed that this group of cabin crew were busy yapping among themsleves at the back. While i coming out of the toilet the door was stuck and i had to push it open from inside. The door had accidentally knocked the arms of a crew that was walking outside. I quickly apologised to her but to my shock, she gave me a big hard stare. When i was completely out of the toilet, i apologized again but she simply ignored me. Can you believe that. These are the people who has supposed to go on arms and hands to rescue me in an emergency. These cabin crews are so artificial. My husband and i have decided NEVER TO TRAVEL BY EMIRATES AGAIN. Even budget airlines provide far superior service than this airlines. EMIRATES BUCK-UP!!
