Rude staff, unprofessional and uinhelpful - bad attitude to resolving problems


General Comments

Bodypower Sports / Fitness Superstore are a terrible company - all polite until they get your cash!
In my case - broken item arrived - replacement supposed to have been sent - I have spent endless hours on the phone trying to find out where the replacement is and I am no further.
