Unfortunately, despite what appeared to be a good effort, Glasses Direct ended up selling me a pair of glasses that caused eye strain because the frames were incompatible with the lenses (something impossible to see from the website, but which they should have known about).
Then they refused to change the glasses or refund my £142.

Just as a follow-up to my previous negative comments: Glasses Direct have now completely settled my problem by agreeing to replace the problem glasses, so I am much more positive concerning this company, and would encourage others to purchase through the company, but to take advantage of their sampling policy before purchasing, and also to be careful to return any problem glasses before the time period for returns, which now seems to have become a two-week trial period.
