General Comments

Thee worst customer service i have ever come across, very helpful until order and desposit paid, then total lack of comunication. Once kitchen fitted the workmanship was well below what you would expect when spending thousands of pounds. 20 snagging points needed addressing from poor workmanship to ill fitting doors etc. Tried calling the shop dozens of times to be told the manager is out and will call you back to which he never did. It took 3 months and snotty calls to head office before i finally had everything rectified. Happy with the kitchen now but in hindsight i would not touch Magnet as there customer service is diabolical.
