General Comments

Really bad customer services, Dial Direct Car Insurance try to add costs at every turn.
They come up as the cheapest internet quote - you cant proceed with the quote online you have to phone them - they then add loads to the quote doubling the price! I told them to take everything off the cost. They didn't put my pillion passenger insurance on, i phoned up to tell them they did it worng - £25 adminisrtation fee.
