high fee. can't add or change after MTCN done, agents service not good. customer service help nothing .


General Comments

i sented a email to western union.
this is what i said: you western union customer service and agents s Services are so bad. Yesterday, I try to send money from Canada to China, the Agents received my service charges, and 400$ dollars, before i want to send 500$, i just ask them the bank is only next door, i told them to wait for me for 3 minutes, and they said they need to close, and not give me back the service charge i just gave them. so i got no choice but to send 400$, but i asked the WU customer Services on phone yesterday, they said can add 100$ without any fee today, so i went back the same agents, and they said they can t do it. so i phoned today 3 times, your customer service said can make a change if the agents phone, but the agents not doing it, i asked twice, and the agents said they not doing it. so i ask the customer service again and again. they said the option is to tell the agents to make a change on phone, but still the agents is notdoing it. i got no choice but want to refund all the money including the service charge, because only give to me rather than service, but i can t refund the money. what the point? every agents and customer service gave me different option and story. they try to make me not using WU anymore. if I not get the money refund or add 100$ more without fee, i going to not using WU anymore,
