Good Points

The product model internet worked fairly well apart from it broke but they were vary quick at fixing it.


General Comments

-Very difficult to get in contact with 3 - Three if you did not want to waste phone credit cost me £12 being on hold to costumers services

- Promised a manager would ring me back never did ... asked me for my phone number so they could ring me back and thanked me for giving them my phone number before i had time to give them all the digits.??? ( not quite great for a phone company)

- Wanted to give notice to cancel my contract at the end of my minium contract was told i would have to pay a fee because i was giving too much notice and would have to ring back !!! That if i did not ring back and cancel my contract again that the fee would be applied and if i canceled my direct debit it would be a matter for debt collectors. despite the fact i was fulfilling my contract???

- lady on the phone was actually shouting at me and being verbally abusive could not believe it!! Would have hung up but it took me so long to get thhough i could not nor was i allowed to talk to someone else... plus she kept changing her mind about whether they had a manger there or not

- wrote an e-mail to complain about the verbal abuse surpise surpise no response from three

- Still trying to gove my notice it just ent working why are they making it so difficult

Never been in a contract before never will again. is it always this difficult cause they not what to loose you as a costumer??? Plus if i am in a contract and i am treated this way it is a disgrace i have to play and deal with a company that gives me verbal abuse. If this had of happened at the local asda i would have simply walked out and never went back....
