It is a wonderful idea, being able to get a quote online and then get your windows supplied and fitted for what seems like a bargain price. But try getting a reply out of Double Glazing On The Web. When you try to email them they claim their servers are not working and ask you to email your requirements to another company name. After eventually getting a call back from them, three weeks after eventually trying to make contact, they persuaded me I should choose more expensive windows on the grounds of 'health and safety' which I've since found out is nonsense, and then did not provide me with a quote (I gave them seven days after this phone call then went elsewhere).
