Good Points

The customer service in some branches is fabulous - a real personal service where the girls go out of their way to be friendly, approachable and helpful....


Bad Points

The quality of the clothes is not great on all items which is a shame as it lets the brand down badly...



General Comments

Jane Norman have very trendy clothes, ok priced compared to others ie topshop, miss selfridge, river island etc...
they change the clothes around every couple of weeks which is good always something new, the sales are fab although best to try on in the shop as the sizes can vary and are made for the more petite customer, although they do go up to a size 16....
