I think it's ridiculous that they don't know the names of their own florists. Doesn't seem like a very organized, professional service.
General Comments
Terrible experience. I placed an online order and chose a specific florist from their list. When I called the florist on the delivery day, they said they had never received a Teleflora order. I called customer service and was told first that I hadn't chosen a specific florist (not true) and second that if I did, the florist probably hadn't been able to fulfill the order (again not true) and that an alternate had been chosen. When I asked for the name and phone number of the florist that had been sent the order, I was told that they did not have that information, only a Teleflora ID number. I insisted and, after being placed on hold, was told that the "research department" had called the florist and confirmed that the order would be delivered that day. I again asked for the phone number and was told that they didn't have that information. When I pointed out that they had just said that they CALLED the florist, I was again put on hold. They were eventually able to get the phone number, but again did not know the name of the florist??? I did a reverse number check and found the name myself. Terrible experience!!! Would not do business with them again.
