ooooooooh my god, i really wish i had done my research on scs before i purchased my leather sofa's.
i spent £3000 on my matching pair of leather sofa's ,a very large 3 seat 'er and large 2 seat 'er. 4 days after delivery the whole seating area on the large 2 seat 'er completely collapse in , 7 days after delivery, the seating area on the large 3 seat er has gone baggy and saggy and out of shape.
there is insufficient filling around the leather, i can fold the leather over the seating area, as it is that loose and baggy.
customer service is a joke, i have requested a full refund of my money, i have sent letters and made numerous phone calls to sc's just to be told that they are taking this matter up with the manufacturer.
i did not purchase my sofa's direct from the manufacturers , i purchased them in all good faith from scs, so why car'nt scs refund me my money, collect the useless sofa's and then take it up with the manufacturers.
my advise to any one thinking about buying good fromm scs, is on your head be it . do not buy from this company.
