General Comments

We purchased 2 colors of sand for a sand ceremony from Unique Wedding Favours, 2 red 2 blue to match our birthstones,

We were sent them very quickly, however, when we opened the Red sand they were 2 different colors and textures, We emailed them stating this and even sent pictures of the 2 red sands, and the best she could come up with was mix the 2 red sands together or send back 1 pack of the red sand back to her and she would refund the cost of the sand only, not any postage at all.

To be honest we found this insulting, and would never recommend this company to anyone who is about to get married, it does seem if your order comes ok they are great, but if you have a problem with the order they don't care what so ever.
