They do try and reply to comunication.

guess i cant think of any, except they could do with more man power to answer emails and the phone.
General Comments
I ordered swing cushions from Alfresia, waited a while,then saw this site and got worried after reading it, all the bad reviews, i also had got no reply from emails, and yes the answer phone was too full for me to leave a message that way, but it turns out they were just inundated with them and couldnt reply to all, possibly due to their customers reading these reviews and pannicking. I have now received my order, and am very pleased.
