Good Points

Web-site is easy to use
Staff are friendly and helpful
Price was very cheap
No irritating waits when I called up!
T&Cs were very easy to read, no gobbledegook!


Bad Points

Haven't found any so far... Well done, Insureandgo!


General Comments

Never bought travel insurance before so I was a bit of a newcomer! I started a quote on their web-site, which was VERY easy to use, but I needed to call up as I suffer from asthma.

I spoke to a lovely young woman and she asked me some medical questions. She was very helpful and friendly and not at all robotic. Turns out they could cover my asthma as standard which was great news!

I've not had to claim yet but everyone I've spoken to at Insureandgo was friendly and efficient.

Just a brilliant service!

    it IS easy to get a quote from the problem, impossible to make a claim ....
