Bad Points
Customer service is based overseas
Took me 75mins to convince the call center chap to actually cancel my contract even though it had expired and I hadn't used the phone for 4 months!
General Comments
Three Service is generally fine, however coverage can be hit and miss even in built up areas. Perhaps it was my N95, but I found that I couldn't use my mobile when in my house (old stone building) as I got no signal at all, but would on my works basic Vodafone (non-3G).
