The friendly cabin crew. Who, although busy kept smiling and remained attentive. They dealt with us with both professionalism and humor, which helped us to stay calm.
Bad Points
On both flights outbound and back, I personally had nothing to complain about and until I do, I will continue to fly with Jet2.
General Comments
On a recent flight with Jet2.com back from Malaga Spain, my husband was taken ill. The staff were very quick to deal with this and offered support for the rest of the flight. All the staff were lovely, Although the flights attendants were kept busy, They made a conscious effort to keep coming back to check on how we were doing.
