Everything, especially very bad customer service which costs 5p per minute to call!!


General Comments

We have been with the UWH for about 5 years. It's been the worse 5 years of my life dealing with these people. When you have any problems, they are rude, don't care and hide behind the phone. They advertise ALL MEMBERS can get the gold membership service, you cant.Only new members can. I have reported this to Trading Standars, who had a meeting with them mid April 2009 and told them to change their web site. To date, 11th June, they still havn't. I have told the Trading Standards, AGAIN and lets hope they do something about the mis-leading infomation on the site.
If you want to use a good company, DONT USE THE UWH

    Hi, I can't understand that if you have had such a bad time with them why oh why have you stayed for 5 years? Surely if it was really that bad you could have left them a long time ago. As I understand it there re no minimum terms for there services well most of them and certainly none that make you stay for 5 years. 5 years and still with them I can't believe they are as bad as you say if you are with them all that time.

    I disagree with this review because... if it was really that bad you wouldn't stay with them for 5 years you'd have left a long long time ago surely!

    Because, they made such a mess up when we went over to them, especially the broadband, I cant be bothered to try and change away incase they mess things up again. It's a case of sometimes biting one's lip and hope for the best. Being with them for 5 years doesn't mean I have had good service does it?
    My comments on the infomation on their website has nothing to do with how long I have been with them!
    The way they advertise infomation say's it all about them as a company.

    We are also in a broadcall contract still and as soon as thats finished, time to change. I have all my business phones with BT. They may be slightly dearer but you get what you pay for!

    You're obviously a fan of them, and good luck. My dealings with them have been very poor.

    It's a shame really that they can't get it right for you but I suppose they can't get it right for everyone. I have found in the past that customer services can be a drag I guess its pot luck who you get to speak to. Do you have any contact with the person who signed you up I've found them to be most helpful at times and if they don't know the answer they can phone on your behalf and try toget things sorted? If not I can give you the email address of the chap who sorted me out I'm sure he'll help as best he can he seems to care about the service people get. Anyway hope you have better luck in the future.     I found this review very helpful because... Anybody who has been with a company for 5 years is likely to be well informed about the standard of service that the company actually delivers. I thank you for sharing your experience.
