Good Points

I will have nothing to do with Diamond again!! YIPPEEE!!! and hopefully you wont to! :-)


Bad Points

1)Take all money WITHOUT authorisation from me! I have had to cancel that account just to stop them taking anymore money!
2)Call centres in india I think, hard to understand the staff and they obviously dont understand what they are being told.
3) Seriously BAD customer service I am totally angry about what happened and was not reassured at all by the staff member I spoke to.
4) Still haven't received my refund of £14.50
5) dont be fooled by only 4 points, I am sure all of the service is BAD, I'm just glad I didnt have to get a claim out of the I am completely confident it would have been a nightmare too!


General Comments

Diamond are terrible, I had insurance with them for the first year but didn't want to renew it with them, but they decided without warning me and without my authorisation that they would take £510 out of my account to renew my policy for another year! They took the money from the account I used to pay from the previous year! sneaky! I still cant believe they can do this without my authorisation! I telephoned them, which is a nightmare in itself!! and it was basically yeah that's our policy, so tough!

I later changed my postal address with them and they wanted to charge my £14.50 for the privilege! so again i called them 20 minutes of explaining that I haven't changed the policy address, just the postal address, but the guy I spoke to kept telling me I owed £14.50 which again they took from my account before even writing to me to explain. I asked for someone to call me back because I was getting nowhere. He finally did, and said ok because you have been having problems I will disregard the £14.50 that you owe!!! AGGHHHHH!!! I DONT OWE £14.50 and again explained the very simple premise. He finally got it and said oh yeah you dont owe the money!! So I was right, but they had my money and I'm still waiting on a refund from them!! They SUCK
