General Comments

I bought an Amix suite 2 years ago from Furniture Village. The foam has softened considerably and the corner chaise is now very uncomfortable and dipped. It has only had light domestic use (i only weigh 10 stone). I complained to furniture village about the quality and asked for a replacement cushion. They told me that the sofa is only guaranteed for 5 years structurally and that I'd have to pay for a new cushion. A very disappointing service and quality. I wouldn't purchase low quality furniture from Furniture village again.
