Have yet to see anything positive. Its nowa 10 days since the accident and no activity on their part, still havent asked me what happened

General Comments

Very bizarre behaviour by Sinto Car Insurance call centre staff. I am the named driver on my partners policy and am trying to sort out an RTA. Occasionally when I call them, the staff point blank refuse to speak to me as I am not the policy holder. On asking to speak to a more senior member of staff I have been put on hold for 10 minutes or more whilst they 'find out who it is' this is repeated until I hang up. If I call straight back I can then sort out the enquiry with the next person!
