The contact number is for a call centre who told me I need to contact Littlewoods Direct
They threatened me with the Fraud dept
Rude operators
No email confirmation of order
No email confirmation of credit card rejected


General Comments

DO NOT USE!!!
My order was rejected with Littlewoods Direct due to some credit card problem. This is not unusual but it is generally resolved by a phone call from the supplier. I received no notificiation so I called them a week after my order was placed. After a lot of messing around (including a call centre who said I needed to contact Littlewoods Direct - even though I had called Littlewoods Direct) I finally got through to a rude operator who basically threatened me with their fraud squad!
