Bad Points

Having to deal with International Car Spares who are utterly usless.


General Comments

Parts gateway seem for the most part to do a good job. Having searched for my part they put me intouch with International Car Spares. Thats when the problems started. Having placed my order on a monday I was promised my part would arrive wednesday. By thursday it had not arrived and on friday I rang them. Five times I called and five times they promised to ring back but never did. Eventualy I was told that the part had not been sent. After some hard bargining I was eventualy offered a discount and told that the part would arrive monday. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. The following tuesday the part arrived more than a week late.
