Good Points

Really easy fast return to local store with refund to account within 24hrs. Dress in stock arrived quickly and was fantastic. Everyhing else I ordered seems to be taking forever! Cheaper prices can be found in their specialist outlet stores (ie dresses for £5) but on line better than their normal stores in terms of range of sizes and styles.


Bad Points

Account details on line doesn't list items ordered, credit limits etc. Long delivery times.


General Comments

Next have nice clothes but slowish delivery... average 5 days plus. Incomprehensible account details on line so I never know what is going on.
