Good Points

tools are easy to access and i like the cord rewind


Bad Points

Too heavy, not very easy to manoeuvure.
Rubbish suction


General Comments

Absolutely the worst machine I have ever had. Tried several makes over the years and vax seem to give the most problems along with dyson. Customer service not that heavy and the 6 year guarentee is not as straight forward as you may think
