Any users of Betamax VOIP programs, please take note, that these people will sit on your money, but not allow you to use the service you have paid for by simply blocking it. You will see ' The other party ended the call due to an unknown error ' and describe it as ' General Error Code 33 '. You can bombard them with messages and mails. They will never answer. They will prevent paying customers from sending them more money by blocking there accounts. So you read the complaints of all users on the discussion forums being the same: ' I have plenty of money in my account, but cannot use the service.
