Targarent, www.targarent.it Review

Rented the car because of the slightly lower price. We had a normal walk around the car and we identified some minor dents. When returning the car all of a sudden the drivers door lock was checked and failed (when locking the car by remote the driversdoor could still be opened). We were 100% sure this did not happen during our 2 day rental amd said so. They would not charge the credit card until discussing it with us, they never called. Today the charged approx 340 euro extra. It feels like a trick they have used before. Since nobody is going to check when picking up a car if the front right door is really closed when you close it by remote control. When returning as a good Sherlock Holmes they check it. As a miracle they found the problem!!!!! I do not believe in miracles, but I believe the other stories mentioned about dealing with Targarent.
