Good Points

Easy to replace.


Bad Points

Very expensive. Does not clean particularly well. Very noisy. Breaks down all the time. SMEG service hopeless.


General Comments

My Smeg STX 2 has never worked properly from day one. It's just broken down yet again, so it's going in the bin. Given similar problems with every SMEG appliance we own, they are very much form over function.
