Ordered goods for the dog from Net Pet Shop, again promised delivery of goods not in stock, waited another week when the other product then became out of stock. Had to wait almost a week for a refund. I emailed them to complain and still not heard anything. I would never use this company again. I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering !
