General Comments
I bought AXA building Insurance through AXA's broker, Exchange Insurance in Liverpool in March 2005 over the phone and policy was issued by AXA and the annual premium which was over £600 was paid to AXA via Exchange upfront in full. I have never been given a Proposal form to complete or sign or a statement of demands and needs to check accuracies of what I have told Exchange, instead I was only given the Certificate of Insurance along with a Policy following the receipt of my payment and I read these documents there was nothing wrong with these documents to my knowledge. My property was badly burnt down by arson attack, subsequently Local council demolished the property. I made a building insurance claim through Exchange in June 2005, but AXA dishonored my claim, until present time AXA did not honor my claim despite my numerous requests over last 4 years. AXA sent a loss adjuster who was employed by GAB Robins in Manchester to investigate the claim, GAB loss adjuster should have been impartial in their investigations but instead what they did was once called me for a meeting with the Loss adjuster and then apparently wrote down in their words what I told him and also what I told him he twisted around as he wanted to and called it a witness statement and then they repudiated my building insurance policy alleging for non-disclosure/misrepresentation. My conversation with GAB Loss Adjuster was unfortunately not being recorded. Loss Adjusters code of conduct issued by the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters-CILA (GAB Loss Adjusters are members of CILA) confirmed to me in writing that GAB Loss Adjusters are not directly employed by AXA (and supposed to be impartial in handling the claim), and therefore GAB Loss Adjusters should not be authorized by AXA to repudiate my building insurance policy. Also when Loss Adjusters take Witness Statements on suspicion of misrepresentation/non-disclosure they have to follow Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act Code of Practice instead GAB Loss Adjusters cheated me as if they were finalizing my claim and then they twisted it around for their benefits and wrote a witness statement as if it was my own words. Until present time AXA or Exchange or GAB did not sent to me the policy premium paid to them despite falsely claiming that a cheque for a sum of over £600 sent to me but I have not cashed this cheque. Furthermore, GAB and Exchange colluded with each other and have also made some bogus attendance notes with dates that I never called them, I showed them my telephone statements for both mobile and home phone, but they still allege that the dates in their bogus attendance notes are correct and I am lying; all what AXA, Exchange and GAB are saying is that I am a fraudster, misrepresenter and I am a hell of a criminal. They also say that the court would believe only what they say, as they are more credible than me. The torture I have gone through with this company is enormous and will last until I die in my death bed!
AXA is a horrible, horrendous, an evil insurance company, people who work for AXA and their subsidiaries are evils and they all are a bunch of thieves and a gang of white collar criminals. They make criminals out of innocent people for their profits and gains. They are unbelievably greedy and inhuman beings. They took away over 4 years of my life, I do not wish anybody to go through what I have gone through in the hands of AXA and their gang of thieves. I do not have enough words to explain what I have gone through with this AXA, AXA is AXA and its more than enough I suppose to describe them rather than using any other words to explain AXA in the English dictionary. This company should disappear soon, so that AXA or their gang of thieves could not pray on innocent people like me any more!!!! they only remind me a olden days gang of cowboys instead of a professional insurance company. I do not even wish to give AXA, GAB or Exchange any Ratings and they clearly do not deserve it!!!! I feel that FSA is only supporting AXA and making them even a stronger team of thieves instead of looking after the public interests!
