General Comments

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with the glasgow pram centre. I ordered a few things online from them a week and a half ago, but the website did not tell me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock when I purchased. I was phoned the day after by a rather curt customer assistant telling me that the item was not in stock and that they would send the rest of my order along, with the out of stock item following later - they would let me know when it would be delivered. A week and a half later, I phone up to see whats happening after hearing nothing from them and seeing no delivery. After waiting for 10 minutes to have the phone answered, the customer assistant wasn't helpful and didnt know when my package will be delivered. I had to ask them to ring up the supplier - then found out that the missing item would not be in stock for another week or two. After discovering that several others had bad experiences, I decided to cancel my order. This took another 2 calls after they lost my number. Overall the customer service is poor. I would advise going elsewhere and paying a little more for peace of mind incase anything does go wrong.
