ones they got you money they dont wana know
they sold me a car unroad worthy
they know most of car is need repair or fixing


General Comments

i bought my bmw 530d 98k mileage from Car Giant on 09/01/09 it was lots of lights on when i got it .car giant sales man said as im a cabdriver, i got 3 months warranty .13/01/09 i report cargiant that car not a road worthy.bmw didnt start ,had turbo ,waterpump,right side knocking noise ,gearbox ,breakes all round problems, i been called them i told them im callin aa break down to take car back but they told me dontworry you got 3 months warranty so will do problem one by one ,i had my bmw over 3 weeks to fix to all this problems ,but they are faild to do so,so im taking car giant to court,please any one can help

    Cargiant customer services informed me that " we don't offer a refund or return policy....(full stop)" This seems odd as the law is quite clear. You should be able to get a refund under the following:
    Sale of Goods Act 1979, as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.

    Main points contained in the above being:
    "If you buy a used car from a trader it must be of satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose, and as described."
