The experience of dealing with this company has been awful from begining to end! Avoid like the plague!!


General Comments

Outdoor Toys Direct are an absolute bunch of cowboys. Difficult in the first instance to get through on the telephone. Then when I requested that they collect the trampoline (which arrived in very battered packaging), they supposedly booked in a slot for collection - which did not happen. They also could provide no tracking number for the collection so that I could chase it up.
