The quality of marks seems to be deteriorating. Just bought a pair of shoes and in one shoe the insole was 1cm short of the toe. Customer services refunded but I had to pay parking to return the faulty shoes. They say their company never pays the cost of returning faulty merchandise. I thought under the sale of goods act the item should be fit for the purpose, and any reasonable claim towards cost of returning should be met by them .They have lost about £1000 worth of buisness now as I will never shop with them again. All over £1.40 car park
