Drop interest rates without early notification, very 'Sharp Practices'
General Comments
Having problems getting money transferred from Alliance & Leicester Business Bank Account online savings account to nominated 'Other/Non A&L' account. Their Website says A&L support Faster transfers (Same Day....Not True) as long as recipient bank does which mine does. There is no e-mail address or facility to send private e-mail to chase up (which you shouldn't have to do anyway) as is provided for example by many other banks. You are forced to use their 0845 tel no's that cost an arm and a leg. The lesson here is don't bank with A&Lif you want to get YOUR MONEY IN A HURRY, as they obviously have no concept or understanding of 'Real Customer Service'and are stretching out transfer times as long as possible.
