Went on Compare the market to review car insurance as mine was due to run out, decided on Swintons, rang them up and gave details etc. When I then rang my previous insurers to cancel they came up with a better quote so decided to stick with them as a better deal than Swintons. Swintons have now charged me £50 to cancel, even though the policy doesn't start for another 2 weeks. When they read out the statements over the phone, they read so fast you don't understand. I think absolutely discusting that you have to pay for something you don't want.
