General Comments

No end of problems. Cancelled my Shielas Wheels policy without giving me the appropriate notice period. No letters sent prior to the final cancellation letter, resulting in driving for 3 days oblivious to the fact I was not covered. After cancelling my policy they arranged new cover as they were at fault, but the new premium was £60 more than the one I had taken out 3 months earlier. What a rip off
