take ages to refund for cancelled policy
don't listen when you want to cancel


General Comments

Seemed a reasonable company until I cancelled my policy. At first they didn ' t listen and kept my policy running when I did not need it. Then when I asked to be refunded by cheque they said I would have to wait 90 days. 1 months insurance with Quinn direct car insurance ended up costing me £147
