Its just a shame I didn't find them sooner.
General Comments
Fantastic company. They have the best customer service I have ever received. I have wasted so many hours on the phone to other ISPs like virgin ,tiscali and nildram who were all terrible. I emailed customer support (at 10pm) because I went over my usage. I got a personalised email from a REAL PERSON within half an hour saying that it would be added within a few minutes. Can you get this service from any other provider? Fast cost a little more per month but I have probably saved this much on phone calls and what price can you put on hours of time wasted in the evenings and weekends. Use Fast.co.uk, read the point below for another reason.
