I chose Heart Internet because of the reseller package. It looked good. Unfortunately I found the hostpay system a bind and the quick-to-reply but not helpful support team a drain on my time.
The package IS cheap, but if you want to re-brand, think VERY carefully.
Remember, you get what you pay for: E-Message only support. No telephone support. Not very easy to customise heart proprietory software. Setup documentation limited and not comprehensive. They rely heavily on you contacting support.
Difficult when things go wrong - if you want to leave them even during the 30 trial - be warned - it's not easy.
