I have been with Pipex for 4 years and had no problems with the service until I moved house. Since then my broadband has rarely worked & I am unable to get online 50% of the time. I have made several complaints to Pipex (at a high call cost - I am also with them for calls) to no avail. As their call centre is no longer in the UK, understanding the operators is difficult, to sy the least. Like another reviewer, I have been told that their is 'no problem with my line' and again like another reviewer, Pipex have blamed my router! I have had enough & am now looking for a reliable connection with another supplier - if there are any!!!
