General Comments
I have had a under 19's account with lloyds for several years, ut upgrading to a student account was nothing b tsbut trouble. I made an appointment, which i was left waiting for 15 minutes. The manager who i upgraded with didnt have a clue on the account, and i was telling her what was in it. I have not been offered a credit card or overdraft, as i should have as she said i could not have one until i was at uni? I am still waiting for the free gifts
