Reasonably easy to use (I have 4 phones with one base station). Annoying details e.g. mention of a 'delete' button which isn't illustrated in the manual. Reasonable range within house and garden. Adequate battery life. Answerphone fairly intuitive to set up, and effective in use. Poor reliability for modern electronics. Very poor repair support. With 4 phones, I don't want to change them all just because the base unit's faulty. The base unit failed after around 14 months. Firstly the line appeared mysteriously 'engaged' to callers, then later no dialtone from handsets was avaliable. Have you ever tried finding a repairer? BT's repair sub-contractor seems to have disappeared for the BT Studio 1500 model. No internet clues either as far as I can see.
